The Classic Penedès Rosat Reserva is composed of equal parts Macabeu and Grenache organically grown on calcareous soil. The Grenache macerates with the skins for 9-12 hours to create a pale pink hue. The wine is aged on the lees for a minimum of 20 months and bottled with zero dosage. Lively, crunchy red fruits, with a perfectly dry finish. A great pairing for charcuterie or appetizers.
