Aphros Vinho Verde Phaunus Pet-Nat 2021

Not only utilizing Biodynamic practices, but no irrigation, and active regenerative farming are the cornerstone of Aphros, which is incredibly difficult in this muggy region of Portugal. The cellar is similarly conscious of their impact and uses very little electricity, instead depending on gravity and no temperature control. Despite this rusticity, the wines are incredibly clean, fresh, and vibrant. This natural sparkler is like drinking bone-dry sprite, full of lemon and lime zest, very refreshing!
