Entirely hand-harvested, conscientious farming single vineyard expression of Shiraz from Margaret River. This is not the Shiraz that you remember. Soft powdery tannins, soft fresh thyme, a touch of eucalyptus, blackberry, currant, and a long silky finish. Aged for 2 years in 20% new french oak, with a further 18 months in bottle before release, it is in a perfect drinking window.
