Ashbrook Estate Verdelho, Margaret River 2020

Not what you'd expect from New Zealand, though it does have some similarities to Sauvignon Blanc, this 100% Verdehlo is like a fresh, spring meadow. Herbaceous and grassy, but without the grapefruit citrusy note of Sauvignon Blanc. This comes from a single vineyard in the Margaret River region where they practice organic farming and hand harvesting (rare in this country). This would be perfect with fish tacos or anything you'd sprinkle some fresh herbs on top!
