Distillation from the best high-quality Priorat wine pomace of Caarignan and Grenache. The botanicals are all macerated or distilled separately and include organic Mediterranean rosemary, thyme, wild fennel, pine shoots, and juniper berries, as well as organic fruits and citrus, with orange, lemon peel, and Catalan figs. This is a softer, more citrus-forward gin compared to a classic London dry. Perfect with tonic to pick up those sweeter fig and fruit notes.
