Though this grape is typically made in a sweeter, dessert-style, the 'Cream Pedro Ximenez' is an unusual blend of Oloroso Viejo sherry with their world-class vintage Gran Resera PX. The result is a complex, rich, balance of sweet and savory notes. Coffee grounds, salted, roasted nuts, raisins, toffee, and dark chocolate. This wine is dessert all on its own for those who prefer something a little less sweet, or a great pairing for rich, flavorful cheeses and dried fruits.
