Bodegas Y Vinedos Ponce Manchuela Albilla Ponce 2022

Old vine Albillo planted on chalky soils at 600-800m elevation in the hot, arid region of Manchuela. Bodegas Ponce farms everything according to biodynamic principles and uses very little sulfur (and no other additives) in the cellar. The 'Ponce' shows a little reduction on the nose when you first open it, but quickly opens up ripe peach, yellow pear, with an elegant freshness, and chalky, saline finish. Chenin Blanc lovers will really enjoy this!
