A true gin of terroir if ever there was one. This elegant, balanced gin comes from the picturesque, and regeneratively farmed Branchwater Farm in Hudson Valley. They use heirloom/heritage grains not only because they are heartier, but the flavor they impart is more expressive and complex. Their gin has a base of triple-distilled wheat from their farm infused with certified organic botanicals including juniper, citrus, and cardamom, distilled to 85% ABV and cut with their own well-water to 43%.
