The Calluna estate sits up at 800ft elevation in the Chalk Hill AVA which means their fruit gets plenty of cool air at night to keep them fresh and vibrant. The 2021 blend is 78% Sauvignon Blanc and 22% Semillon aged in steel on the lies to give it a lovely roundness to balance all that great acidity. Notes of fresh spring grases, lime zest, and apple blossom.
