Way up in the alpine region of Trentino, Martino Furlani is making some of the most fun, vibrant, and pure wines in Italy. He comes from a long line of farmers, but is the first of his family to also make his own wines. He makes his wines with no additives at all and nothing filtered away. This sparkler of all red varieties native to this region is fermented in steel and then bottled with a little bit of frozen must to create the second fermentation in bottle. Light and frothy on the palate, this is a great one for Lambrusco lovers! Black cherry, black raspberry, spice, and a bone dry finish.
