Diamond Reserve Dark Rum

Diamond Reserve is the introductory line of Guyanese rums from Demerara Distillers Limited and is incredible value for how good the rums are. Located on the east bank of the Demerara river they use exclusively Demerara sugar molasses which gives their rums a richer, more flavorful character. On top of making great rum, they also convert their liquid waste into energy and much of the CO2 released from the fermentation/distilling process is captured for commercial use like carbonation and dry ice.
