The Paul Blanck domaine dates back to the 1600's! It continues to be a family run effort, and they take care of some of the most sought after vineyard sites in the region. Everything is farmed organically, by hand, and they just happen to be some of the nicest people I have met in the industry. Though this is from the entry-level line, 40% comes from Grand Cru sites. A great pairing for roasted chicken, turkey, or root vegetables because of its gentle acidity, slightly creamy texture, and delicate aromas.
