Demeter certified vineyards, fruit ferments with native yeasts, then aged for 12 months in oak barrels and demi-muids and bottled with very low sulfur. Vibrant cherry and herbs on the nose, great acidity matched by grippy tannins on the palate making this wine plenty enjoyable now, but built for the long haul.
