Domaine Valentin Zusslin Alsace 'Ophrys' 2020

Biodynamically farmed in the Bollenberg lieu-dit of Alsace, the 'Ophrys' is named after the Bee Orchid that finds a home here. This wine is made with direct-pressed Pinot Noir and blended with skin-contact Pinot Gris for an impossible balance of lightness and depth. Crunchy fall leaves on the nose, with notes cranberry, red currant, hibiscus, and rooibos tea. Will make a great Thanksgiving pairing!
