Beautiful plush, velvety tannins, notes of rich cocoa, black cherry, stewed raspberry. A remarkably approachable Cornas for current consumption. The name of this wine, "30", references the gradient slope of the vineyard. Ferments 33% whole cluster at low temps, vinifies 2/3 in barrel and 1/3 in tank, ages in old oak for one year before release.
