Dry Fly is a farm-to-bottle distillery in Spokane, WA started by two friends who wanted to combine their love of nature and craft-spirits.The 'Triticale' is actually a grain developed in Scotland that they grow on their farm; a hybrid of wheat and rye. The whiskey ages for 3 years in new American oak before bottling. It really is the best of both worlds, the sweet cereal notes of wheat with the grassy pepperiness of rye!
