Far North Spirits is a Certified Bee Friendly farm-to-bottle distillery in Hallock, Minnesota where their production uses entirely estate grains. They grow AC Hazlet Winter Rye and two varieties of non-GMO corn, Blue River Organic and Minnesota 13 Heirloom Corn, chosen particulary because of their climate heartiness. The 'Solveig' gin is a lush and herbal New American Style gin distilled with 8 botanicals including red grapefruit, organic thyme and lavender.
