All the grains for Field & Sound are sourced from Long Island farms and somehow that ocean influence comes across as a slightly salty finish in their Bourbon. They use a sweet mash of 60% corn, 33% Winter Rye & 7% Malted Barley The grains are milled on site, distilled in copper pot stills, and aged in New American Charred Oak Casks for at least 4 years, non-chill filtered.
