Jean-Hughes Goisot was among the vanguard of Burgundian biodynamic viticulture, and his son, Guillaume, upholds the family’s meticulous standards. Saint-Bris is the only appellation in Burgundy that grows Sauvignon Blanc, as well as Sauvignon Gris, and it shares the same Kimmeridgian limestone as its neighbor Chablis. Think of this wine as is Sancerre and Chablis had a baby!
