This vineyard estate is run by two sisters deeply committed to respecting the environment as well as the traditions of this famous region. They maintain 19 hectares of vines in the great cru of Cognac, 'Grande Champagne' and ferment, distill, and age everything on site. Distilled twice in traditional copper stills and then aged in Limousin oak, averaging 30 years for the Hors d'Age, and then bottled by hand.
