High Wire Distilling Co., based in Charleston, SC was founded by professional chef/baker Scott Blackwell and his wife Ann Marshall. Because of his culinary background he is intensely focused on using the the highest quality ingredients, as much locally as possible, and creating the perfect balance of flavors in their spirits. They even revived a nearly extinct heirloom variety of corn, Jimmy Red, which is the sole grain used for this rich, flavorful Bourbon.
