This bodega is one of the most artisanal producers in Ribera del Duero. On the nose, sandalwood, forest floor, earth, and gamey aromatics. Brooding, dark and bewitching fruit. Confit dark fruits with an almost candied gusher nature. Imagine an incredibly dry raspberry, candied. Graphite, preserves, and mineral on the mid palate with a ton of texture.
