The Boxler family has been farming and making wine in the village of Niedermorschwihr, Alsace since the 1600's! Now that Justin and Charlotte are making their own wines they are insisting on all organic farming for their, now certified, vineyards and are carrying on the impressive winemaking this family is known for. The 'Pfoeller' comes from 30-45 year old vines grown in limestone-rich soils. The wine ferments naturally and then ages for n. Rich, full-bodied, fully ripe Riesling, fermented totally dry, the calling card of great Alsace Riesling! Perfect to pair with spicy foods or more pungent cheeses.
