In the past twenty years, Kelley has made wine at Torii Mor, Hamacher and Scott Paul, and was originally mentored by the winemaker at Eyrie Vineyards. This has allowed her the opportunity to source some really high-quality fruit, and manage a few plots herself with biodynamic principles. In the cellar she uses a light touch, no additives except a very small amount of sulfur. A deeply soulful human, making deeply soulful wines! The Weber Vineyard was planted in 1983 on their own roots. This wine is fermented with 30% whole clusters, then ages in small neutral french oak for about a year before bottling.
