Julie Batard, the winemaker of La Closerie du Loup hasn't been making wine for very long, but is already developing quite a following! We love this juicy, plush red, with powdery tannins, plum, cocoa powder, blackberry, dense and concentrated but it's only 12.5%ABV! The blend here is 76% Cabernet Franc with 24% Tannat which gives this wines is dark inky purple color.
