Lelarge-Pugeot "Tradition" Extra-Brut 1er Cru Champagne NV

The Lelarge family has been winegrowers in Vrigny Champagne since 1799! When Dominque Pugeot joined the family, she and her husband decided to convert the farming to a more natural approach, and today they are one of the only certified biodynamic producers of Champagne. The 'Tradition' is a blend of 50% Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay with a very low dosage, and a very small addition of sulfites.
