Independently owned Lowland farm-distillery. The family-run farm grows and harvests their own barley with draff used to feed local cattle. The water is raised from aquifers in the limestone deep below the steading. The 'Sowing Edition (First Crop)' is aged entirely in ex-Bourbon barrels for 3-4 years and bottled at 48% ABV. Fresh, easy-sipping, notes of fruit, cereal, and toasted nuts.
