Bone-dry, chalky, textural col fondo from a single estate in Susegana within Prosecco. This is unlike any Prosecco you're used to, this is ancestral method sparkling wine with a focus on terroir. The wine spends an extended period of time on the lees which shows up as it warms in the glass the wine becomes richer, creamier in texture. It is bottled with no additions whatsoever including dosage (sugar) or sulfites. This is a truly age-worthy Italian sparkler.
