Truly devoted to the spiritual side of biodynamics, he believes that the more connected he is with the vineyard and the environment around it, the more expressive and beautiful the wines will be. The 'Shaman Brut Nature Rosé' is made from parcels in Ambonnay and Bouzy with 77% Chardonnay and 23% Pinot Noir. The wines are made with as little intervention as possible, and bottled with no dosage and a tiny addition of sulfur.
