Meinklang Burgenland Red 2021

Meinklang has always put farming at the core, with full biodynamic practices in place. The family has a farm with cattle, sheep, bees and grains and believes in a full circle of life within the vineyards and farmland. The estate is located in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of National Park Neusiedlersee in Austria, just on the border of Hungary. The 'Red' is a blend of the three traditional Austrian red varieties—Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, and Saint Laurent. There is some carbonic maceration of the fruit in this bottle and aging is done all in stainless steel. Easy going, juicy and delicious!
