A proper farm-to-bottle operation in Charlevoix, Canada. All of their grains come from the Isle-aux-Coudres. The base is 75% Wheat, 25% Rye, distilled twice. Then distilled again with all local botanicals including juniper, coriander, sumac, glasswort, barberry, elderberry, wild caraway, balsam poplar, amber flower, black spruce, wolly hedge nettle, celery root, and alder pepper. The juniper jumps out up front and then you get all that great red fruit from the vodka base followed by an array of flavors from the other botanicals.
