A proper farm-to-bottle operation in Charlevoix, Canada. All of their grains come from the Isle-aux-Coudres. The vodka (the base of all their spirits) is 75% Wheat, 25% Rye. I couldn't believe how much fruit comes through on this vodka. This is definitely a spirit that shows terroir and complexity. Bright red fruits, mirabelle plum, sea salt, very smooth finish. A sipper for sure!
