There are many reasons this whisky is 'unique' including the gentleman who created it. A Belgian man who moved to Burgundy, with a love of Scotch whisky. He began to select his favorite barrels from Scotland and bring them to Burgundy to age in a variety of used casks from Vin Jaune barrels from the Jura to Oloroso casks from Jerez. For 'The Unique' the base is a blend of peated and unpeated Scotch that aged in a variety of Sherry casks.
