Small, family owned winery focused on Albariño. The 'Caneco', meaning clay jar, is inspired by the wine their grandfather used to make and bottle in clay jars. The vineyards used for this bottling are the closest to the coast and take on that fresh, salty breeze. It is aged for 10 months in steel and then 3 months in bottle before release. Aromatic, ripe nose of apricot, melon, nice salinity.
