They blend 82% Cabernet Sauvignon with 10% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot, This is a wine that will give an extra reward to those who wish to cellar it. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Rich, velvety California Cabernet without being overly heavy or 'jammy'.
