Les Parcelles is a precise expression of Bouzy terroir, combining a rich ripeness with chalky finesse. Harvested primarily in 2017, this cuvée is composed of 70% pinot noir and 30 % chardonnay and has spent 4 years on lees before disgorgement. Bottled with just 1.8 g/l Dosage. Cherry, cherry blossom, cherry/cheese danish, delicate bubbles, with a nice weight. Delicious!
