Pittnauer is a dedicated biodynamic estate in Burgenland, Austria so they are focused on growing the best fruit possible to make their wines and then using a gentle touch in the cellar. This rosé is a blend of 80% Blaufränkisch, 10% Zweigelt, 10% St. Laurent all hand-harvested and then fermented spontaneously. The wine ages for a full 8 months in steel tanks on the lies before bottling unfined and unfiltered. The result is a refreshing but full-flavored rosé with a nice creaminess on the palate.
