Ransom Spirits Dry Gin

Ransom is a proper farm-to-bottle distillery and winery in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. They maintain a 40 acre farm, vineyard, and distillery. Their gin is inspired by the Dutch malt wine genevers, combining the maltiness and hop aromas of the style with a more intense botanical infusion. Their spirits are distilled in a direct-fired French alembic pot still. The botanicals include manny of the classics, but also include Oregon Marionberry and local hops.
